Features
- Logged-in customer recognition
- Logged-in customers select from their previous orders without identifying themselves again. The Start withdrawal button appears beside orders, in the menu and on the order card in HikaShop's My Account area, without template overrides.
- Guest customers
- Orders are identified by their number and associated email address. Attempts are limited to prevent exhaustive guessing of order numbers.
- Partial withdrawals
- Select items and quantities individually. The system prevents the same quantity from being withdrawn twice, and an order can have more than one withdrawal.
- A separate confirmation step
- The Confirm withdrawal button creates the record, with a unique reference such as EL-2026-000847 and an exact timestamp.
- Confirmation on a durable medium
- Customers receive the reference, order, items, quantities and exact submission time by email. Staff receive a separate notification, with support for multiple recipients.
- Case management
- Status transitions, internal notes, customer messages on status changes, required reasons for rejection and reopening of closed cases. A card-based administration interface and a dashboard module show incoming cases.
- Audit log
- Every event, from customer submission to the recorded refund, goes into an append-only log that cannot be edited from the interface.
- Suggested refund amount
- The system calculates a suggested amount and flags shipping charges, discounts and coupons for review. The case handler approves the final amount.
- Configurable
- Set the store name, admin email addresses, deadline, wording for each wizard step and email templates without changing the code. The tables use Joomla's database prefix.
- Hungarian and English
- Complete Hungarian and English interfaces, with numbers and amounts formatted for the selected language.
Installation and setup
The extension does not modify HikaShop or Joomla core files and needs no view or template overrides. The customer wizard is installed as a Joomla menu item type (Withdrawal declaration). A system plugin adds the buttons to HikaShop's My Account page. After installation, a summary shows what was installed and what you need to enable. You can rerun the checks from the component's Help page at any time.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work for guest customers?
Yes. Guests identify an order with its number and associated email address. They do not need to register or log in.
What does a logged-in customer see?
Their previous orders, with one-click selection. They do not need to re-enter the order number or email address.
Does it modify HikaShop or Joomla?
No. It does not change core files or need view or template overrides. The wizard is installed as a menu item type, and a system plugin adds a button to HikaShop's My Account page.
Does it pay refunds automatically?
No. The system suggests a refund amount, but the case handler approves and records it. The payment is made through your store's own process.
Can I use it in multiple stores?
Yes. Each installation handles one store, with its own settings, wording and email templates. Install the package separately in each store.
Who is responsible for legal compliance?
This is process management software, not legal advice. Have the wizard and email wording reviewed by a lawyer. The store operator is responsible for correct deadlines and refunds.
How much does it cost?
